What would you have done. You wake up, have a damn good breakfast, oats n eggs, some cafe to get rollin' a get ready for the gym....done eating bout 9am. 10:00 rolls around and you hop in the car/truck etc. and head to the gym which is about 20 minutes away. Get onto the highway, and BANG a traffic jam like you've never seen. Long story shot, I pull into the gym parking lot (only the first friggn exit) and it's 12:45pm!!!!!!!! Now you got ardio and to train, meaning you wont get home until 3:30 at the earliest.
Do you train, even though there would be 6-7 hours between the two meals?
Do you find a convience store and pick up a junk bar, or shitty sandwhich and wait another 1/2 hour or so?
Do you drink you pw shake now, sit around and then train and do cardio?
Or do you say fit and just go home?
I did number one....so right now, it's 5pm and I've had a bowl of steamed veggies, a 1/2 cup of oats, 50g of protein, a cytogain shake and a cup of egg whites for the whole frickn day....with one meal left.......or two counting prebed shake. Do you just keep eating to get in all your cals? Sorry, but I was pissssssed!
