A couple days ago, shoulder day, I didn't want to workout. But, I try the best I can to work through these days...I don't like taking days off if I don't have to...
I decided to throw myself a curve and do something i don't normally do...clean and press. I do normally do military presses and power cleans for my shoulders, but not the clean and press.
After warm ups, I did 10 sets of a weight that I would really burn at 6 reps on...the first set. So imagine that weight burning on set 10! Finish if off with 5 sets of heavy bent laterals...
Great workout! Great way to throw my body a curve and get me out of the funk!
