That's an empty claim lacking any basis or explanation. Some of those machines are better than free weights.

yeah no shit!!! what the fuck? this guy doesn't understand the anatomy of calves and how this works different muscles from standing or donkey raises....probably doesn't even work his calves like most guys.....

Every gym I've worked out at has one and I've NEVER seen a guy press as much on a real incline press as he can on that machine. I could do 4 plates on each side and I know i'm not nearly that strong. it's a bullshit machine

Thats actually a jammer.  They are mostly found in college and high school athletic training facilities. Its like doing an incline press while your standing.   I don't care for them much.

why is it bullshit.  i use it as a finishing exercise, gives me great pumps.

He's absolutely right. NOBODY can press as much with free weights as they can on a hammer strength machine.

The numbers may be bullshit, but the workout isn't.  I like the ROM on many of the Hammer strength machines.

I really like the hammer strenght lat pulldown and row machines, but i've never much liked their chest or shoulder press machines.

You're basing that only on amount of weight lifted; nothing to do with the effectiveness of the machine.
