CRAVING CRUSHER

. just remember if you get a crazy craving load up the seasalt on some popcorn seeds NO BUTTER!  Its easy to make bad choices and eat a pizza, just be a little smarter than your cravings and load it up with seasalt and popcorn eat as much as you want if the cravings really strong and only that you will find that it fills you up very well and it doesnt amount to many calories. sometimes its alot about dedication other times its just thinking ahead and outsmarting your previous mistakes bro

ive learned that if the craving is unbearable its best to just give into it but make the right choice. if you dont give into an unbearable craving it can fuck up your day or your sleep or it will be on your mind and aggrivate you

exactly my brother, when in reality the salt or sea salt will satisfy the craving instead. popcorn with no butter just seasalt is PERFECT

i know you are a briallant man of epic ownaging skills but that is not a brilliant choice unless you are at 5% with no excess weight just pure form muscle energy. ive crushed my cravings with smart methods now and dont even fuck up like that on those wrong but tasty foods, there is a time for those foods and that is when you are 5%. its just not worth it for me right now to slow my progress at all. one day you will listen to me ;)

of course it is all food is good for you, but not when its 1000 calories and trying to rip up and lose 2 pounds perday

you still need protein... else you will lose alot of muscle..

eat plain fish, chicken or eggwhites.

your body will use bodyfat for energy firsthand and not protein. so you will still lose weight eating that

dude i swear on all that i know and beleive it that you really dont need what the media of bodybuilding says to you. i still have 25 pounds of fat to lose ive been eating low protien for over 2 years now

sometimes its not smart to hold onto opinions and realize what is right and what is wrong my friend. ive been wrong many times but now im right do you think layne norton the best natty pro bodybuilder could look more impressive in this pose?

9 oz. of top round has NOWHERE NEAR 1000 calories.

2 hamburgers
3 hot dogs
a poutine
4 packs of Reese
a bag of patatoe chips


all that in about 25-30 minutes  ;D

tommorow will be pretty much the same ! I love it, after that I feel full as fuck for the rest of the day

regardless of me and laynes height difference two totally different methods of dieting and two great results. i havent been as lean as layne yet but soon...
