I swear, if his BIG NEWS is about his SHITTY company broadcasting the olympia and ruining it for everyone again i most probably will drive down to Hardbody Ent. head offices and smash anything and everything in my sight to prevent it from happening.

Flex just announced on No Bull that he's training twice a day, putting on crazy size, and is in negotiations with a supplement company. He will make an announcement soon. May be competing. Playing VERY coy.

When he makes his decision, he'll announce it .

  No,what is amazing is the fact that Flex did indeed achieve 0.0% bodyfat. This measurement was taken the week prior to the 93 Olympia. It was the lowest reading ever recorded at Gold's Gym.

No, I have a few health issues right now which is preventing me from training properly.  I plan to do one more show later this year and hang up my posing trunks for good.
