Yes, but since bodybuilders do not follow the same protocol of training as athletes they would be running a serious risk of injury!

i dont know, what protocol would that be? for someone into bobsleigh or something. or archery.

the next question is - does it matter?

is somethign more of an achievement, accomplisment because it's defined " a sport " ?

isnt some of the greatest things in life, non-sports? art? writing? composing? sculpting?

maybe bodybuilding isnt a sport, maybe its something far greater!

You're right, if you love what your doing it doesn't matter, it maybe far greater for some, I used to think that way too.

Only one way to find out........next month I start the second sessions of my strength camps for my combine athletes, if they can hang for lets say the first 45mins, I might reconsider my position.

Name another sport that involves Synthol and participants routinely collapse while posing from weakness.  ;D

I am turning people on to my religion. I'm a bodybuilding priest in a sense.

Hope this helps.

Cool cuz I'd say Hide meets all your criteria. Last week he did the splits...so that covers flexability, balance, skill, agility and coordination.

Yesterday he did an insane bout of hack squats for The FitShow which covered: Strength & conditioning. Speed...hmm...he did them really fast (no rest between sets and no pauses between reps).

So would he be willing to come to the camp?

BTW, he meets the criteria to flexability, the others remain to be seen.
