Right now I am doing this:
135x12x2
185x12x1-I still consider this a warm up
225x10x1
315x5/6x1
225x18-20x1 this is my favorite set, cause 225 feels so light.
I am an ecto with long arms, and 315 stills feels really heavy to me, I have to lower the weight really slow so I feel in control, 415 seems out of reach right now, but you never know cause at one time 315 seemed out of reach. I am also a lifetime natural.
