Having that kind of mass, means you can hold fat ,  " intra-muscularly" .       Mostly water weight tho.   He cant be at 6-7%  so must be at 9.

huhh?  I don't know his BF there, I've never been good at estimating a person's BF, I have no idea what it is..Fuck it could be 6% or 14%, don't know that's why I asked and that's why I've said time and again that I know he's MONTHS out of the O, I was just curious as to what people thought it was.
