Rosie O'Donnell was "asked" to leave early from the View

Bwahhhaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh hhhhhhhhaaaaaaa

True to form Mr. Hate gets it wrong again. I click on his link expecting to read how O'Donnell got fired like Mr. Hate said she did in his post but that's not what happened, she asked to be let out of her contract. Here's a quote from Mr. Hate's link.

"We had hoped that Rosie would be with us until the end of her contract three weeks from now, but Rosie has informed us that she would like an early leave. Therefore, we part ways, thank her for her tremendous contribution to 'The View' and wish her well," Brian Frons, the president of Disney-ABC's Daytime Television Group, said in a statement."

Nice job Mr. Hate.  ::)

Oh, and here's an interesting quote by Trump from the link.

“On this one I think Rosie should win, but Rosie is not much herself. I think anybody that’s against the war in Iraq is the winner of the fight, because to justify the war in Iraq — only an imbecile could do that," he told "Extra."

About Hasselbeck’s political views, especially on the war in Iraq, he added, “Elisabeth is not a very smart person, she’s one of the dumber people in television. To see that she supports the war, and she’s solidly behind the war, give me a break.”

According to Trump all you war mongering neotaints are imbeciles.

Did you hear that Mr. Hate, even Trump thinks you're an idiot and he's never even seen one of your moronic Limbaugh copy and paste jobs.

Bwaaahhhhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaa aaaaaaaa

Thanks for the laugh.

you love to use that title to label anyone who disagrees with you.

The man believes that people in the military aren't that smart.  If you look at it from a socioeconomic standpoint of who enters - you're going to see a lot more poor, uneducated kids enter... than you are going to see ivy leage graduate rich kids.

So yes, the top minds ARE NOT in the military.  This is a fact.  If using facts makes you a liberal, well, okay.

I'm beginning to understand Mr "personal trainer's" frustration.

He's 45yo, little money, a shit job, and very angry at the world.

Listen Mr PT/I-one/Coach......go back to college for another 10 yrs, and I might consider hiring you to do urine analysis' in my office.

Once you master the U.A. job, I'd consider letting you answer my front desk phone.

Wrong.  About 99 percent of officers in the military are college graduates and a significant number of them have graduate degrees.

What's the average IQ in the military? How many % of the people in the military are officers?

I have no idea about "average IQ in the military," nor do I care.  Enlisted make up the majority of the military.  Also, a large number of senior enlisted have at least some college education.

You made a blanket statement about our service members:  "So yes, the top minds ARE NOT in the military.  This is a fact."

You don't know what the heck you're talking about.  I'm not about to bash our men and women in uniform.  There are enough people like you who do it darn near every day.

I know and have known plenty of very smart soldiers who were a private first class.  But I'll talk about my friend who is in Iraq right now.  He's a captain, college graduate, and thinking about medical school.  He's one of our "top minds."  I'll talk about my friend who is a retired sergeant major who is not a college graduate.  He is one of our "top minds" (and was when he was on active duty not to long ago).  I know a plethora of service members like them.

I haven't seen the rest of that particular post, but that quote seems reasonable.

Why?

Because the opportunities for a creative job and wealth (usually the two biggest motives when picking a career IMHO) are better in other areas.

That's not to say that a lot of the military tacticians aren't skilled, or even geniuses.

Do you know much about our service academies?  (Serious question.)  West Point, the Air Force Academy, the Naval Academy, and the Coast Guard Academy are as competitive as Ivy League schools when it comes to admissions.  The men and women attending those schools are among the "top minds" in the country.

The PT and rehab side of the business is around $15K, fitness boot camps around $8-10K, strongman camps are about another $6k and growing, it slows in the summer months but I have combine training for my athletes during that time.

No, not at all, but you don't think putting a picture up like that, isn't "labeling"?? When was the last time you heard a Republican blast our military in that way........sorry Rob, no matter how diplomatic you want to try and make it sound........it's still labeling, as a matter of fact, almost every thread on here wether it's started by a Liberal/Dem or Repub/Conservative is still labeling.

If I start a thread about something negative about a Dem or Liberal or a liberal on here starts a negative thread about a Conservative/Repub..........it's labeling!

I have nothing against our military men and women - i sincerely appreciate the job they do and the risks they take for our American way of life - freedom, safety, and standard of living.  When I see one, I thank him/her for their service.  I would give one a deal on a website.  Etc etc.

however, stats are stats.  Military is public sector and more people of disadvantage join, then of advantage.  beach Bum, you can turn this into an emotional whinefest about "your cousin's friend's uncle is a brilliant man, and HE's in the military!", but the numbers won't change.

I'm not labeling anyone as anything.  I'm pointing at the total macro group as compared to medicine, law, CS, engineering, or the other top sectors requiring mental capacity.  The most brilliant people go into these fields.  period.  Like it, cry about it and turn it into a repub/dem issue if you want.  But it's the truth - more brilliant people go to high level private sector.

Quit lying.  You don't respect the military.  You bash them on here practically every day.  You are a military-hating liberal.  Here is what you think about our men and women in uniform:

Quote

So yes, the top minds ARE NOT in the military.  This is a fact.  If using facts makes you a liberal, well, okay.

Why is this a stupid comment?  Because, among other things, it fails to take into account all of the men and women at our service academies who could have gone to Harvard or Yale, but chose West Point and Naval Academy instead.  You know, those schools you weren't qualified to get into.

And there are doctors, lawyers, engineers, etc. in the military, so they don't all go into the private sector.

Spare me your anti-military crap.
