i am 5'11, 180 lbs, 14" arms, 21" legs, a 31" waist, and have been training and eating religiously for the past 4 years. however, recently my family and friends have been telling me i have gotten "too big" and i also think this affects my dating as all the girls i asked out told me they did not want to be associated with somebody who was obviously a "roid user." help me, brothers, i need to get my weight down to 160, arms to 11", legs to 19", and my gut down to 27". i would really appreciate any guidance and "tips." thanks in advance "bros."
ps. ideally, i would not want to lose any strength, currently i can quarter-squat 225 for 8 and smith machine-bench two plates per side for a double. i do not deadlift and this widens my already huge midsection.
