With respect to Chick there is no friggin way you can dismiss machines as the same as others just by pics. Disappointing lack of insight by the chickster.

Bob Chick thinks he is diminishing my contribution to the Irongame. I know what I have contributed. Tell me who else has won a national contest, owns a big gym and owns his own engineering factory? I can't think of anyone else.

Here is my seated rowing machine. A unique machine made by myself. Perhaps the best of its kind?

Vince, Do me a favor and blow out that 1983 suspended acoustic ceiling and those terrible florescent lights. Regardless of what is behind them, paint it flat black and hang some low intensity xenon lights. The space looks like a 1980's insurance office with weights, and that lighting is diabolical. It's close to being a kick-ass gym but the ceiling must go.

Thanks.

Vince, you've got my respect, regardless.  You've done a lot, as far as I'm concerned.

But why one earth would you spend such an amount of money on a machine that isn't making you any money?  Why?  Or, have any pro's, past or current (or anybody else competing on any level) had any amazing results with it?

I hear that you've got a great gym, that's evident.  But inventing machines, what's the point?...I give ya props for the brains and dollars it took to get the thing done, but why bother?  After all that money you've spent, you'd think perhaps to spend a few grand more and give em' away to different gyms, just so that the public in general can see for themselves how great it is.

Anyways....

I will think about the ceiling and lighting when we shift our gym to brand new premises in about 3 years.

3 years? 3 years? Vince baby sweetheart... you and 3 Philippino's can blow that ceiling out and hang new lights in one weekend. 3 years... some gyms don't last that long start-to-finish.

I put over an inch on my calves and they were 18 1/4 cold standing straight up. My arms were 18 cold at the largest. I never had 18 inch cold arms before. I could pump my arms to 18 3/4 in the past but the biggest in the morning was 17 7/8. I put an inch on the arms and over an inch on the calves in 30 days.

I concluded that DOMS is the key to getting big rapidly. Get the muscle really sore and then retrain before the soreness goes away. In practice this means retraining the muscle every 3 or 4 days. If the muscle doesn't get sore you have to try something different, including training more frequently.

Here is why your muscles "grew" on the protocol: INFLAMMATION!!!

Have you read the "one day arm cure"? Same fucking thing. Not much to do with actual muscle fiber hypertrophy.

Vince if you trained your arms every other day when did you train other bodyparts?
I wouldnt want to do back or chest having trained my arms just yesterday, it would be a lousy workout.

Bro...I hate to burst your bubble...but these "unique" machines you have "invented" have been around for YEARS.

Your leg extension, bicep curl, assisted chin/dip, etc.....are in just about every gym I've ever trained in, for many years now.

I'm sure your machines work just fine, but please...stop the "re-inventing the wheel, spiel".

haahahahaaa, i was thinking the same.

Those machines have been everywhere.

Kick ass Vince...Kick ass gym I wish I could come over to Sydney one day and have a day or two in your gym and go for a beer or two ;D

First one he said: Online Picture...than he said 1974... I don't think these machines have been around 1974, do you know what it cost to patent those things and keep the patent? Not worth it, if it absolutely true what Vince has said that he invented these machines than the fact alone that they are Now everywhere should tell you something how original and good the design was.

No doubt about it...

Vince you had a good physique in 1970, but your excuse for being in the shape you`re in today doesn`t hold water.

Just train hard and eat clean,no DOMS or other shit is necessary............... don`t be lazy just because you`re older.

4 way back tower, invented by Vince:

They stole his idea, those bastards ::)

HAHAHA Vince is living in dreamland, anything he does or makes was only done by him unless of course some company sent in spies to steal his ingenious ideas for mass production. I love when people who have a good idea get pissy when they find out someone else shared the same concept, also the fact he claims to be the best gripper in the world but both the machines are in his gym..... What is everyone supposed to fly to Australia to challenge his self proclaimed grippers title, well I have the record to highest jump off of a roof into my pool, if you want to break my record feel free to fly to my house and jump from a higher height ::) Hey Vince try to do some research sometime before making some of the bold statements you make, just because no one has gone out of their way to challenge or prove you wrong with your "original" ideas doesn't mean they don't exist.
