Ok I didn't get them pasted how I wanted (can anyone tell me how to display image directly in thread?) but here they are.  Back at it for 3 months steady.  33yr old, 240'ish, 6ft 4in.  Positive/Negative comments welcome, but if you want to be an ass, go in the closet and talk to yourself.  Your a #### and that's where its best heard, I don't care.

there is a special code it gives you once u upload a photo, something like [img ]http://...[/img]

paste that into your post and it should do it

Tombo and Benchmster, thnx for the criticism.  My arms now are pushing 21 pumped, 19 dry but ya I do need a lot of size in the back and chest, etc. 

For instance, I can curl 135 for a good 15 reps, the last half bieng poor form.
My bench though is only about 320.

Fucking LIAR.  There is no way your arms are 21 pumped.  I'd say more like 23.  Kudos bro, great work!
