Tribulus Testris dosage?

What's up guys

went to grab soem creatine at gnc and they pretty much threw in a bottle of METrx tribulus caps

not expecting much in terms of results, but does anyone have any tips on dosage/ should take before workout or during the day etc?

Says to take 1 cap 3x daily on the label

any thoughts?

First do what the label says.
If after 10 days you feel nothing up your dosage by one pill at a time.

when i was going tibulus. I took the max number of pills on the lable. it'll give u a range like  1-3 pills per day or something. I took them at different times a day. i did a six day on and two off cycle. you still have to cycle it to get the best results.

shit sucks. Don't waste your money. I've yet to see a tribulus supplement that gives any noticable benefits.

Agree with Wicked stuff is a waste of money.  What you are seeing as far as results is a placebo effect, the mind is very powerful.

I just got the ON brand. it doesn't say to cycle it. but i asked a pro that was using it and would never use real gear and he uses a six on 2 off. I found that i did get alil stronger but I noticed my bodyweight went down.

ON as in the protien powder? Why would you ever cycle protien powder?    I think we've got mixed up on this one lol.

Basically if you want Tribulis to even "halfway" work you have to take a 45% standerized saponis product.  You have to take about 2 to 2.5 GRAMS a day which equates to around 9-12 tablets of 250mgs a day.  The stuff can get $$$ when your using that much.  It works decent if your dose is high enough.  Here is a Pre- bed stack that I have find works AWESOME...

3 ZMA Caps
5 Grams AAKG
1500 Mg Tribulis
500 mg Chrysin
225 Mg Maca ( horny Gaot Weed)

Take this about an hour before bed on a empty stomach.  Libido will be no problem.  Now guys I know this is $$$ however since I don't have to pay for anything I use, I dabble a little and try different things.

I use Now brand 1000 mg of tribulus. I like it well enough. I feel a little energy buzz though just a mild one after taking it. I take 4 pills spaced evenly throughout the day.  I think your body size should be a determining factor in how much of a dosage you take of anything.

I tell you what, it's probably shit for muscle building, but if you have a hot date that you expect to get some nookie on, take trib a week before.

That shit gives me boners and loads like king kong.

I took the high quality stuff and honestly did seem to make me more aggressive at the gym..but also short tempered at home. My mood was dark a lot. Then about 2wks after I stopped ...I felt fine.

Wife said I seemed "agitated" a lot...

One nice side effect though was it me more "excitable" than normal.
