Raw, so their crunchy. PB, as a meal side I like them cooked with a little olive oil and lemon juice.
Did you at least peel them first? Wait, I guess eaten unpeeled would be a good source of fiber?

You know use a potato peeler to get the outer skin off near the stalk area or do you just throw that part away and eat only the tips?

Dieting. I train almost everyday regardless, but only diet during contest prep. And neither are hard on my personal life as Michael trains and diets with me, so we are aware of why we might be a little cranky at times.
Funny how food (the lack there of) can cause this type of emotional swing. Iguess this is where the "fat dumb and happy" Cliche' comes from.
It's more about the "lack of choices" than the "lack of food" that makes ya cranky. I am eating all the time, just not eating what I want.
