La Fitness rubber weights is the answer to your question..

I think so too.

BUT, do you KNOW this for sure?

And what about the user who went to the gym and didn't find "fake" plates?

They keep the bumper plates in an office or storage room. at least at every gym i've trained at they did.

I went to La Fitness and curled their 100 pound dumbbells for 15 clean reps..  It says 100 on them..  I was really strong that day, or those rubber weights are marked up to shut those guys up that cry about how they need bigger weights..  Trust me these iron heavy weights ruin the gyms floor and the weights themselves..

If you want to see how bad the heavy weight is to a gyms floor, come to my gym..  AND I have 2 layers of 1/2 inch rubber flooring..

It's smart of LA fitness, but these guys get a big head till they go to a real gym..

I know dumbells, plates and bars from different companies all weight a LITTLE different but they should not vary SO MUCH that a person's 1 rep max increases by 70%.......man even difference of 10% is big.... >:(

What I don't get is if La Fitness marks their plates different, then why does Doggcrapp say the weights are correct?

LA Fitness isn't a Franchise, so I'm sure all the equipment is the same at all their locations..

I do agree that iron weights have a heavier "feel" to them but i have personally weighed the rubber coated weights at LA fitness and they are on the money. i think it's more of a balance issue and the way they are made.

again, i agree the LA weights feel a little lighter but i've weighed the plates and several DB's and they were on the money.

Castleberry is using 25 pound bumper plates meant for olympic lifts, they are more popular in Europe but i've seen them in alot of US gyms.

Alex what time did you go.....I just got back....I saw my employee there and he said they did back today and was there from 4pm-6pm.

I asked him if he saw a guy with longer blonde hair around and he said he hadnt.

He said they did back today and ended with deadlifts in the far corner and Brad did 600 plus for 7 reps and I hope you saw that.

Went there right after I emailed you, must've been there 2:30 - 3:30 or so.

I'll drop by today around 4-4:30. Can I get a free pass this time  ;D ?

It makes sense really - imagine all the publicity Castleclown is getting from these clips.

Castleberry does not look tHICK or STRONG to any noteworthy degree. I believe he'd snap under those weights.

and it gives more exposure to dante, but unfortunately for him, it won't be good exposure.

fucking lying fat fuck.

Worst thing about it is the sheer wall of text he puts into his replies trying to make us believe the lies, i honestly think hes trying to convince himself aswell, its really strange behaviour, especially as some of the people whos disputed his claims are people who know exactly what they are talking about
