Yes, she deserved punishment.  a month in jail?  I don't think so.  

I didn't say Bush was behind anything.  I pointed out that paris being on the news today GREATLY helped the repub cause, on a day where two major milestones were passed, both of which could have been the story of the day.

How much time would she deserve had she killed a family of 4 by driving drunk? She does it all the time, maybe a meesly month in jail will save someones life.

And it is a great tragedy that 3500 men and women had to die in this war. It is terrible that anybody has to die in any war but so goes life.
