At some point a lie got started. The lie states that the stronger you can become the bigger you'll be. WRONG.In fact, people that are the strongest in the gym, often look the worst. The reason is that they are built for strength which means, short limbs and wide frames. This has nothing to do with muscle belly shape and seperation. It's seperations between the different muscles as well as the shape and length of the muscle belly that makes people look "jacked". It's the reason why I can't bench more than 315 but yet look much bigger in the chest than guys that can rep 315...
you wont build big chest doing bench period. if i concentrate on flyes, moderate weight, burning muscle excersizes my chest grows noticably every week.
