yes ill get there eventually, still natural though, dont even use creatine, powders or that other fancy stuff

i'm going to give you some advice.

you NEED to dedicate yourself to heavy multi joint back movements and basic movements in general.

in order of importance:

1. deadlifts from the ground

2. squats

3. rows

4. weighted dips

5. weighted pullups

do these 3 times a week for 3 months, with minimal work sets of anywhere from 4 - 8 reps. aim to get stronger and add weight all the time.

if you do this (and only this) as prescribed, in 3 months you will have something worth showing. if you don't you will have wasted 3 months of your life.

If you see a shitty phisique you think i dont workout right?  thats not true, i have comed from far, used to be 110 pounds in highskool. i gained 80 pounds to 190, 70% muscle 30% fat. now i want to loose the fat to look better.

cool. just trying to help is all.

good to see, but the real trick is to JUST do these and nothing else at your stage of development ie no useless flies and what not.

your sole aim should be to get as strong as possible and forget about how you look/posting pics.

put it this way. if your current d/lift is 300lbs for 6 reps, then if you're doing 400lbs for 6 reps in 3 months you will have a much better back, rear delts and arms to show. if you're still doing 300 for 6/8 then i can guarantee, you won't.

Oh and that's not taking into account that you volunteer there - I was calculating generously at the rate of $ 2 a pop :-X

okay, ill give this routine a shot. something like this?

day 1 deadlift/ weighted dips/calves
day 2 weighted pullups/rows
day 3 rest
day 4 squats/calves
day 5 rest
repeat

is the smithmachine for deadlift/squad out of the question?
