i do these all, except for the weigted pullups, i do pullups with no extra weight, i already have to pull up my huge gut. If you see a shitty phisique you think i dont workout right? thats not true, i have comed from far, used to be 110 pounds in highskool. i gained 80 pounds to 190, 70% muscle 30% fat. now i want to loose the fat to look better.

good to see, but the real trick is to JUST do these and nothing else at your stage of development ie no useless flies and what not.
your sole aim should be to get as strong as possible and forget about how you look/posting pics.
put it this way. if your current d/lift is 300lbs for 6 reps, then if you're doing 400lbs for 6 reps in 3 months you will have a much better back, rear delts and arms to show. if you're still doing 300 for 6/8 then i can guarantee, you won't.
