What fat burner do you recommend?
« on: June 12, 2007, 08:12:38 AM »
hi, my freind who i work out with is not fat, byt his muscles are hidden behind a little wall of.....well fat, and i am trying to find a supplement he can use next to his workout. we work out every day, and after every workout he drinks a protein shake, NOT weigh gainer just regular protein shake and creatine in that shake. he takes 2 spoons of fish oil every morning and 1 every night and one multi vitamin every morning. and i think thats allright, but as i said i am trying to find a fat burner for him because i think that could be the thing.

Meth...crack is also good.

Or ..um...how about using the search function on the top right hand side? Type "Fat Burner" and read to your hearts content.

Local radio show in Denver, KBPI put 10 people on PRO-Rx thermolean and T2.  The average weight loss was 11lbs in 4 weeks.  I have lost 6 in 3 weeks and I just got some alli (carb blocker) so I would guess it gets even better!!!

as I think you have gotten the gist, there is no 100% fat burner out there outherwise we would have skinnier people walking around. Eat well, throw in some cardio and then perhaps Redline or Lipo 6 as these are mine and many others choice of supplement

I have been using THERMOCUTS by ON. Its gets me through the day, especially on Low Carb Days!!! What I like the most is I don't crash once it wears off like some of the other fat burners.
Its been 2 weeks since I started and I see a notable difference!!!

You can get more information at optimumnutrition.com

Go with the cheap, effective and easy to get Bronkaid and pair it with some "Stay Awake" or NoDoze. It's about $20 for the two, and it's a month supply short a day or two depending on how much you take.
For added effect, once you feel you're getting used to the above combination, wake up in the morning pop your dose and wash it down with a Diet Rockstar (or energy drink of your choice) and you'll be buzzing like a cheap TV in no time- and for a long time too. Just make sure you're going to be active after you do this! Don't do it if you're at a desk gig. You'll be bouncing like a kangaroo on crack! :-\

That would tell me the stuff is shit. Most anyone can lose 2lbs per week of actual fat (not counting water) just from exercise and diet. Finding a pill that can help you lose 3lb -3.5 lbs per week with added diet and 2hrs of cardio per day (morn 1hr - eve 1hr) without losing mass is what most of us strive for.

Legally, Lipo - 6  or Broncaid stacked with caffine pill and a asprin has worked well for me.

minimum 2 hours on the treadmill every day, 2 gallons of water minimum
eat 6 small clean meals spread out over the day to keep metabolism up
eat your protein first.

fuck running outside...treadmill regulates speed, angle, and you can check heartrate for optimal fat loss.

True..but when I got tired of the treadmill I ventured outside and I could no way in hell do 5 miles at the park.  I know you can't monitor yourself as well but for me anyway it was just harder.  I know you can set the incline to 10 and speed at 10 and be wiped out but I am just talking about "normal" running.  I just think it works more core muscles.  But you right man...gotta do something for a few hours a day.   ;D

I know this question has been beaten to death but I have been out of the supplement loop in regards to fat burners for some time now.  Does anyone have a suggestion on who makes the most potent product available.  Thanks.
