Bench Press: 560x1, 455x6

Deadlift: 595 x1

Military Press: 245x6

Seated Dumbbell Curl: 70x6

Squat: 365x10

Leg Press: 1375x10

Yeah she did I was there. BUT the GUYS spotting her more than helped her. That was a totally bogus lift. No way she lifted that weight and everyone there was talking about how much BS that lift was.
