If this was ANYONE else i'd call, BS. But MARKUS is on a class of his own. I don't think RONNIE could do it. BTW Most mags are full of shit.

Markus Rühl is indeed stronger at shoulder presses than Benchpress or Incline presses. But he love to do his shoulder presses in a smith machine (his incline presses also).

yeah markus has some rediculous delts.... I read in his newest training interview with branch that he he cant do regular barbell squats because his delts get in the way and he cant get the bar over them...thats when you know your a monster.

markus is one of my favorite bodybuilders. Hes really trained hard.. even when he was around 17-20 he was a very big size. I'm sure he will do well with his next shows.

Ive seen him sticking to the machines in videos but who knows..hes a bad ass but if wants to win big shows I think he might need to taper his proportions a little bit....

I like Ruhl, seems like a cool dude as bodybuilders go. I agree that he went overboard on the delt and 'cep oil.

but it`s also no "fake weights". I trained in the same gym several times. His biggest bodyparts (Delts, bizeps) are also his (relative) strongest ones.

keep waiting. ..but ill check the trailer where he supposedly presses 572lbs for reps in the smith machine... . and doing a one inch motion doesnt count as a rep.

I have the dvd. He does it full up and down reps. I'm sure hes one of the strongest bodybuilders today. Most of his lifts like legpress..shoulderpress. .benchpress.. all heavy weight. Never seen any other bodybuilder lift that heavy.
