I want to do lunges instead of the normal squat. and to incorperate front-squats. And its obvious that you guys never do lunges, because you re scared to get under that 225 loaded barbell, scared to fall. But if you give it a shot , im sure you can also do it, its really not that big of a deal, just keep focused and balanced all of the time. Just dont put your knee all the way to the ground, then you re asking for trouble, with a load off weight on your back, the knee should get 1 inch off the ground.
