I don't do the normal, 12 week precontest dieting dude. I can cut up in about 4 - 6 weeks tops, although I won't go lower than 9% or so.

I want to be in the exact same condition Dorian Yates was, in Blood and Guts, without the belly (not that he had one ;)). Not 4% or whatever crazy levels to which guys normally deplete.

I got shape, thickness, size and density and I've never had a problem with my seperations showing once I lean down.

We'll see 8) If I dial it in, I think I can take it, although there's a few others out there for whom that equally applies 8)

9% isn't going to cut it imo. Who are your favorites this year? Pick your early top 3.
