meal 1: 8 eggs, 3 cups of fruits
meal 2: 250 gr meat, 3/4 cup rice, 1 cup veggies
meal 3: shake with fruits
meal 4: 250 gr meat, 1 cup rice, 1 cup veggies
meal 5: shake with fruits
meal 6: 250 gr meat, 1 cup rice, 3 cup veggies
that really not a lot of food for a 300 + pounder who trains like a fucking beast
