I only 'dumped' her cause it was getting pretty serious and I didn't want to keep up a pretense and have her believe in the possibility of us being together.

But I'm a man of my word, which is why I'll fly her into NZ one day if she's keen - just for a holiday so I can take her around and spend some time with her as a friend
