I am going to the show for the weight-in, I have 5 hours until prejudging
I feel I am in good condition, a little flat from yesterday since I took 1/2 diuretic
I should have taken 1/4 of a pill. I didn't piss that much anyway so it's no big deal

anyway, my abs are rock hard and veiny I just need to fill out a little bit while staying as tight as I am right now. I'll be shitloading all the morning so the sodium should fill me out nicely

if not I'll drink a little bit of water but I am confident that I'll end up looking very good ( for me

)

So be nice everyone and try not to make a major owning today, I don't want to miss good meltdowns !

I'll post pics maybe tonight or tommorow

Ok guys so, I was flat as fuck this morning like I said

got to Mcdonalds and ate 3 crepes with 2 potatoes and some bacons and a lot of sirup

5 minutes after that I was in my best shape ever, dry as fuck and very full

I weight-in at 190 lbs, I was maybe 2 or 3 pounds bigger onstage cause I had a double cheeseburger and a large fries before the prejudging with a lot of jelly beans

I was fucking pissed because I was alone in the Teen class and without trying to sound arrogant I am pretty confident that I would have won even if there were 10 guys in the class.
So I decided to compete with the adults too ! I was a pretty light light-heavy but I still managed to come in 4th out of 5 guys and they were all in good shape.
I was one of the most conditionned guy of the show but I lacked muscle mass to compete with guys in their 30's.

but it was very fun and I loved how I looked

now I ate too much tonight and I feel tired

how yeah it was awesome, great show

the ambiance was great backstage, nobody took themself seriously and they were all cracking jokes

I wanted to puke tho with all those candies without being able to drink

the judges all came to give me some great feedback and I didn't look out of place with the adults, I think it is pretty awesome cause I tought everyone of them was huge backstage

oh yeah and I witnessed the biggest over-dieting error ever

a dude from my gym who was already pretty lean at 195 got down to below 170 and he lost all his roundness and looked kindof skinny onstage

sometimes people sacrifice 10 pounds of muscle just to lose 2 more pounds of fat while they would look better if they stayed how they were

Congrats on winning your class [haha]. I've been there myself, the only person in a class and I know it's really annoying. But a serious congrats on holding your own in the adult class, that is a good accomplishment....as any teen who can hold their own means great things for their future. I look forward to seeing your pics!
