the top women pro bodybuilders in the 1980s and 1990s used a ton of anabolic steroids. and people complained of their deep voices and other masculine features. but when they got off the steroids, most if not all of their feminine features returned.
today is different for three reasons: growth hormone permanently changes the face; diuretics make the face look sickly; and to make up for both of these, women turn to plastic surgery to try to add back some feminine features. but they overdo the surgery and look like freaks.
get rid of the gh and diuretics, but keep the AS, and women's bodybuilding would return to what it was 20 years ago.
