I love how you all have your own definition of the word "sport" and totally ignore the one that is in the dictionary E
what is your point?hockey isn't on espnbodybuilding doesn't pay as well because the fan base isn't as large as other sportsE
whats more of a sport powerlifting, strongman, bodybuilding???
Your right, I forgot.....it's on FOX sports
Daly has a better shot at becoming a bodybuilder than Coleman does becoming a golfer.
ESPN is a sports network. They cover all kinds of events that I don't even consider sports. And even with that, they DO NOT cover Bodybuilding. What does that tell you. If they cover Chess and Spelling Bees but not Bodybuilding
Basically, anything that involves POSING is not a sport. That includes modeling, bodybuilding, and "vogue-ing", although vogueing comes closest.
it's on the versus channelE
they cover what gets ratingsnotice how the nfl gets far more coverage than hockey?the stanlye cup finals barely got mentioned on PTI or around the hornfar more people care about chess and the spelling bee than bodybuildingE
WTF is the "versus" channel??
it used to be the outdoor life networkthey are becoming more of a sports channel and still aren't available in parts of the countryguess what they showed about a year agoa tape delay of the arnold classic E
ESPN doesn't cover much Soccer and it has 10 times more fans worldwide than football. And the NFL only gets allot of coverage in the USA. I am pretty sure hockey blows them away in Canada
FOX, ESPN, "versus" it's a sports network isn't it??
flexing all of your muscles simultaneously for long periods of time is physical exertion and since it is during competion bodybuilding is a sportE
I don't consider hitting and holding a pose for 3-5 seconds a "long period of time." And the level of physical exertion is minimal. Jumping rope for the same amount of time is more physically exhaustive. Bodybuilding is much more akin to a beauty pageant, except with MORE training and LESS drugs!
LMAO.....they both do, ain't that a kick in the ass !!
poker is a sport, right? you could have 1 arm and no legs and wear an eye patch with your lung respirator and still win the world series of poker every year.Or is it a game?
Used to be. It's just that hardly ANYONE gives ashit about it here in the US of A. Still sport though.
