So, for those of you who know Troy and are familiar with his CHEST development - DO YOU SEE ANY DIFFERENCE?

He just did a thousand reps for his chest. He's pumped to the hilt, of course there's going to be a difference ::)

What do u think of John Berardi's Surge post workout drink milos??

I never had it...and I don't know what's about...but IF John is behind it - I will take it without questioning...and later ask - what was that BTW?
John is great scientist and passionate bodybuilder.

So what, you can't pump more and more and more forever, the chest is not a balloon.

So Milos, do you recommend you're techniques for beginners or should they only be used by a more advanced guy like Troy?  Troy already has a pretty good base going for him so I'm just wondering if a you feel  a young guy should follow what you're preaching?  Honest question.

Accept no limitations as a limitation...

While beginners will grow with any program - even if they do every single thing incorrectly - some (who tried) loved it...and will continue incorporating giant sets for a while...

Some would mix it with numerous other styles of training...

Some would periodically train giant sets for several weeks switching it from heavy duty to straight sets...to HIT...and some would try to do 1st workout for each body part - heavy duty, second workout - straight sets....and third workout - giant sets...

Most important thing is - ARE YOU GOING TO TRY AND MAKE YOUR OWN EXPERIENCE OR YOU ARE GOING TO LISTEN "MY SUPPORTERS" who claim how worthless my workout must be?

That was a great episode Milos. I learnt a lot from it that I will apply to my own workouts..

Chick you did an outstanding show flying solo in Dan's absence, you can really hear thay you have come a long way in the last 80 episodes.

I've been switching it up a bit, trying the giant sets, am switching back to straight sets in August. I feel I've kept my strength or even gooten stronger, all my #'s have come up in the giant sets, so I assume when I go back to straight sets, I should be as strong or stronger. It has definately improved my endurance.

Milos,

I just saw the pics of Troy's chest and he looks incredible!  I don't think I've ever seen him look this full...was this just from giant set training?  Can you give us the routine?

Thanks
