the drama, gossip, and he said/she said is fun.

But milos is one of the top 3 trainers in the industry - pick his brain!!  He could probably rattle on for 60 seconds about what 200-pound intermediate trainers (most folks here) should do to improve, and it'd be gold!

yes i agree there's enough gossip about the industry we want to hear tips that we can take with us to the gym!!!


ask milos which exercises he think should be AVOIDED, or which ones he feel are more potentially dangerous than others
