you've cleaned up quite nicely in your last couple of weeks.
not to beat a dead horse, but you do need more leg growth as i'm sure you know?
I imagine you put a great deal of intensity in your leg workouts, but they don't seem to grow.
Are thin legs genetic in your family? If so, you have a hard road ahead of you.
