In the may 07 flex, theres an article on calf training that features James "flex" lewis. It states his calf workout that he does...
it lists 3 rotations, that he repeats 3 times...then does the first rotation over again for a total of 10 rotations...in 25 minutes. I calculated it out, and it came out to a whopping 5085 reps for all the exercises, which would be 203.5 reps per minute.
Something is fishy about that. I call bullshit. Check it out on page 202 of May 2007 flex and see for yourself this ridiculous claim
