SO i walk in the gym this morning and man its busy, i im just there for a quick but brutal shoulder session and i look over to the squat rack and i see this hulk of a man, about 155lb wih a golds vest, shorts, belt and gloves with 180lbs on the bar.
So i say hey man can i join in, he says yeh sure and steps aside he then says i bet you warm up your legs with that.
I looked at him and said "My legs??!?!"
I then grabbed the bar lifted it up and did 15 reps standing miliary presses!!
Wow must be the spinach i said! I just did a warm up for my shoulders with your working set for squats!!!!
He scurried off to the leg press probably to do a leg crunching 6 plates!!!
