The Anorexic Principles are at it again.

You two are too skinny, sickly looking.

I find it interesting this Adonis character is only followed by those 150 lbs or under.

This is "Get Big"  where the goal is to get big, not anorexic.

But there's only 3 of you idiots on here, the rest just point and laugh as you "too easy" yourselves to death.

Well, my shoulders could never take the rings or the high bar.  I was more of a vault, floor, and parallel bar person.  I SUCKED with pommel horse.  With so much information on core training and the like, I would love to go back and train myself during that time.  I would imagine things wouldnt be so damn difficult if I did.

I was the same as you in high school, upper body was too weak and shoulders lacked the stability to do the hard core strength stuff.  I was lazy too, I would go into gymnastics practice and just do front handsprings and front tucks the whole time.

Now I'll tell you though, my shoulders are getting way more stable from all the planche lever and cross training.  They are stable through a much larger ROM too.  I think its because you have to learn the hollow body position which forces you to really recruit the lats (something strong benchers also learn to do).

wow you really suck at maintaining a gimmick, as I've pointed out you are off even when you try to be in character.
