Yes but do they bodybuild? Do they train legs?


Not saying your wrong but if they don't use resistance training they are hardly going to have big legs.

Someone with more knowledge can definitely clarify, but I always thought it had to do with engaging and/or burning fast twitch fibers versus slow twitch fibers when doing sprints versus running, esp running long distances.
I know that my legs were alot smaller when I was running 3-4 miles a day.

hahaha  Running the size of your legs is not a myth.  Ever seen a 5K runner with big legs and large quad sweeps? 

Go ahead and keep on runnin' though, I am sure you have plenty of leg size to spare.   ::)

HAHAHAHAH nowhere but getbig would someone suggest not to run. Why shouldnt he run? It can only be beneficial to ones health. (except shin splints)

That 5k runner may not have "tree trunks" for legs (girls sure love that btw... wtf??), but at least he can walk up his own stairs without being out of breath. GO Jay! ::)
