Food is the single most anabolic thing in this world. You are stupid to deny yourself this. Do you know the biggest sumo wrestlers have more muscle mass than the biggest bb'ers? Sure it's hidden behind layers and layers of fat but it's there all the same, and they didn't spend a second working with a barbell.

I'm not saying you should get fat in the process but if you are afraid to eat a little three years from now you'll look exactly like you do now or worse.
