here is a master competitor from my gym who was RIGHT NEXT TO ME in the Open Light-heavies

needless to say, his thickness and 20 years more muscle maturity made me look a little bit out of place  ;D

I was exactly 190 lbs onstage and I really don't know about the bodyfat percentage. I'd say around 7 % maybe ?  ???

Huh, I'd of guessed you Heavier at that height,
Everything flows nice. Prolly put another 20lbs on there some day in that same condit.

I tried but I got 4th out of 5th in the open light-heavies  ;D
the guys were in pretty good shape and were all a little thicker than me

I am doing the teen class again next year for the Canadian Nationals, after that I'll be in the open classes for good
