Just got back from the gym...and spent half the day poking pins in myself and drowning myself in pills trying to follow the gh15 plan to hugeness!!!!!!!!! grrrr!!!!

I'm ready to do some shit. I think the best approach in what you want to achieve is to first attract sympathy. I started a couple of months ago from very low but with a couple of well placed humor threads, and "raising the bar" people will sympathise and then you get some traction. Otherwise you get marginalized. Eg, Romano bookcover with the dickhat did it for me; I laughed for 5 mins and though twice before bashing you after that.  

However, I have to tell you, I'm very bored with the boards by now and any tactics on both sides to "out" or trap me a la tomr1976 would be a waste of time. It was well played however, but you actually need more than one computer to multi account without fucking up . Mimicking being someone else's gimmick and put the blame him was very clever.

So as you can see guys,

I was training Alex23 and he was making great progress.  He was up to 315 for 5 on Shoulder Press and nearly all the way dieted down.

I told him that I was done with helping since I wouldn`t have the time anymore.  He had a Meltdown and has hated me ever since.  He got really fat I assume, as evidenced by the pictures he now posts.

Shame really.
