3. You won`t see your abs at such a high bodyfat no matter how much you train your abs.

Sure, you can wear a coat most of the time, but there will always be times when you are under dressed in the winter, and that is where a very low body fat is DANGEROUS where I live - yes, as in it can kill me.
Deadlifting 500 pounds is an awesome feat!!! You would know since you did 600.
#3 is wrong. I have not trained abs in my life and they are still somewhat visible. They are just highly undeveloped and that is the main reason they don't show. I can hardly pinch any fat on my midsection so I'm certain my abs would show.
