i was eating every hour ect been trying some new stuff. to come to the conclusion that it really doesnt matter when or how many times i eat just keep it under control basically and be consistent every day with cardio and working out and eat the foods that i WANT is the key to keep from going too crazy
however one thing is for certain that i do better with calorie range more favorable to fats.
50-60 percent of calories from fats and the rest carbs and protien
without fat you will look flat even when dieting with high carbs
What are your calories at on typical days? Also do you or TA think mixing up times and intervals you eat will burn more fat? By this I mean...for example you would have 1400 calories to eat.
day 1,2 2 700 calorie meals
day 3,4 4 350 calorie meals
day 5,6 2 700 calorie meals
day 7 2000 calories of whatever, whenever
