Matt lives right next to my place on the beach in Malibu. The dude has a different girl over every night, not to mention the Malibu High cheerleaders who wait outside his place everyday from 2pm til sunset. Loves the hashpipe since I can smell it from here most nights.  When he doesn't close the blinds, he's a great neighbor.
