Chaos...when I was that weight and that age, I had this kid and this girl in Hawaii who trained at my gym  make fun of me because with clothes on, I looked like I didn train...but when I wore my workout clothes and tank top, I looked like I trained and worked out compared to those assholes...

You never met ayone that you thought didnt look like they would amount to anything but then when you see that person at the gym, you were shocked that they had musculature?

Anything is posible...

And remember Frank Sepe when he was in high school? What a about Mike O'Hearn?
http://www.femalemuscle.com/wilkins/mike_ohearn.html

Mike O'Hearn - The Natural
By Rob Wilkins
Special Assistant to the International Federation of Bodybuilders

Mike's new movie - Barbarian

"You'll never make it unless you go on drugs!" This statement, delivered by a high school coach in `88, has been the main source of motivation for natural bodybuilding "Phenom," Mike O'Hearn.

O'Hearn, a 6'2, 270 lb high school All-American football player from Kirkland, Washington, was bound and determined not to "give-in" and use drugs. O'Hearn's parents had instilled in their son (O'Hearn is 8th of 9 children) that hard work and dedication was the way to "make it" in this world. Armed with these positive values, a "never give-up" attitude, and an unwavering desire to prove his coach wrong, O'Hearn was determined to become a success in life.

O'Hearn, first began competing at the age of 15 where he won first place in the "Teenage Washington State" competition. He has gone on to win many natural bodybuilding titles to include Mr. Universe (most recent '97), Mr. USA, and Mr. World.

As a child, O'Hearn was impressed with the strength of power lifting and it became his first love. To this day, he still competes in powerlifting events and has won the highly competitive California State powerlifting title three years in a row. Currently, his best lifts are a 505 bench press, a 740 deadlift and an 815 squat. Not one just to pump iron, O'Hearn, a talented martial artist, specializing in Judo, has won a number of martial arts titles to include the California State Judo Championships (a title he has won on three different occasions).

During the past decade, O'Hearn has earned "Supermodel" status in the bodybuilding/fitness industry appearing on over 200 magazine covers worldwide. He has done the talk show and entertainment circuit with appearances on "The Arsenio Hall Show," "Hard Copy" "Inside Edition," "The Phil Donahue Show," "The Montel Williams Show," "Entertainment Tonight," and many others. His impressive resume also consists of over 100 romance novel book covers, the cover of the 1999 Chippendale's calendar, training videos, and he remains undefeated in the fitness "Male Model of the Year" category. With all these exciting opportunities happening, one of O'Hearn's best attributes is the ability to stay "real." He's friendly and has the knack to communicate with everyone.

His lifestyle is very exciting--NOT. Mike's daily routine starts at 3:30 am and he is in the gym by 4:00, naps, has breakfast, and then it's off to the office for a few hours. He then does aerobics, followed by more business, more aerobics, dinner, some reading and then it's off to bed by 8:00. This type of steady discipline makes O'Hearn a tremendous role model and spokesperson for the bodybuilding/fitness industry.

O'Hearn trains from 4:00 am to 5:00 am with one of the top bodybuilding trainers in the world, Charles Glass. Glass has worked with bodybuilding superstars. Flex Wheeler, Paul Dillet, Chris Cormier, and retired basketball great Magic Johnson to name a few.

O'Hearn's workouts are brief, but extremely intense. He believes in lifting heavy and incorporates the three basic power lifting movements, deadlifts, squats, and bench pressing as his foundation. According to Mike, brief, high-intensity workouts produce the best results and prevent overtraining. To maintain his aerobic conditioning, O'Hearn does the Stairmaster 3 times per day (10 minutes each session) on level 14. For a change of pace he often substitutes the Stairmaster by playing basketball with friends or does sprint work.

Another important element in O'Hearn's life away from the gym is his position as a positive role model, which he takes quite seriously. He has been recognized by a number of people and organizations for his positive role model image and for motivating others to "reach for the stars".

O'Hearn recently received a letter from Edward Conners, CFO, Gold's Gym Enterprises, which stated, "As I told you back in '91 when you first moved to Venice... it was clear that you would make an impact...All along you have continued to be a role model for those striving to achieve results. You have been an inspiration to others and no doubt encouraged them to persist in the same path."

Lifetime drug free, 6', 200 pds or above...I sure would like to believe so.  Doc says I'm 210 here with no tan relaxed.  It pales in comparison to what lies below the waist (yes legs)... What you think?

What, you can't read a scale yourself?

Ok...what about this guy?  21 years old,  At 5'10", 225 lbs!
http://www.musclemania.com/news.htm

Seeing him on stage, the 2006 Musclemania World Junior Champion carries a powerful presence.  But when you see Bradly Castleberry hit the weights in the gym, you quickly understand how his developed his amazing physique.  In his new DVD, he lifts incredible poundages and with strict form.  At 5'10", 225 lbs., Bradly forces a 595 lbs. bench press and 275 lbs. arms curls, for reps! The 21 year old lifetime natural bodybuilder is testimony that you can create what he calls a "monstrous" physique without steroids.   Currently sponsor by Magnum Nutrition, Bradly is training heavy for the 2007 competition season which will include the Musclemania World Championships in November where he will move up into the Men's Open HW Class and take on some

Castleberry looks good in the pic but he's not 225lbs in that pic.  Maybe 195 or 200lbs is my guess.  He would be massive at 225lbs ripped and he's not that big in that pic.

dude you are so naive.  Do you really believe everything you read.  You should buy some celltech or muscletech or whatever Kovacs took to get that big and youl be over 300lbs of muscle.  Maybe buy some of Larry Scotts hypergrowth formula since its 100x stronger then steriods according to Larry Scott.  If you get to fat just get some xenadrine and youl loose 40lbs and then gain 20lbs of muscle.  You are really making yourself look incredibley naive by posting this stuff.

I noticed that too, pob.

You ever been a hard drinker, Meat?  Really high alcohol consumption over time can actually cause that.

As far as your question, the answer is "Yes".  I'm living proof.

I drink quite often and I have a problem with gyno constantly, whether I'm taking anything or not. SUcks to be a drinker, wish I never touched the stuff  :(

I dont understand why the other post was deleted when I was trying to make a point...

I know you are referring to that video of him benching all that weight. i doubt that too but what i am trying to say is anything is possible...

When I was 14-15 I first wrestled at 160 pounds.  When I turned 16, I was wrestling at 160-170 pounds and I was dieting extremely during that time and not really eating but training and running... to me, I was a skinny twig during this timeframe. During this time when I was this weight, I was benching over 315 pounds. During this timeframe I also want to add that I had striations in my shoulders, veins and striations in my legs, and my abs were pretty ripped too

It was like this even when I graduated from high school...

I believe at that age (14-16) that that wasnt my true weight because I was holding myself back. How many kids hold themsevles back who are wrestlers because they are trying to make weight?

When I focused my time to eating better and training harder, I made it over 210 pounds (Naturally)  way before I was 21...

I know you guys can laugh all you want but Im just trying to say that things are possible...

What I am trying to say is that anything is possible! During that time, testosterone level is at its highest and strength and muscle increase should be possible...

I know how you feel, MM.  Alcohol will do it to your physique for sure.

How much/often are you drinking (Hope I'm not getting too personal.  Had lots of problems in that department myself)?

Nah, never was really the reason for me drinking too much to be honest.  Nice to see you try to analyze things from myspace, though.  What's even funnier is that you'd take the time to read my blogs...obsession...
