Not quite to parallel and you're using your lower back a bit too much toward the end (watch that b/c it can lead to SERIOUS injury), but all in all looks impressive.  Good job.

no he's not using too much back and he's at least parallel on every rep, he's not rock bottom but he's at least parallel.

No offense but that sucks for a juicer. I squatted 335 for 7 at age 18. Maybe it's because your intensity is so mininmal?

as much shit as i give you i've got to give you props on those, good squat, you're exactly where i am squat wise, this is much more impressive than you claiming 700 on squats and deadlifts.

You might be right, I could be mistaken on the depth but it looks like he's a hair above parallel.  Not bad at all.  Better form than you see from 95% of gym rats.

I saw a bit of back rounding toward the end.  Again, not a lot, but it's good to be aware of even the tiniest margins for error because one sloppy set of heavy squats can kill your back forever.

But again, sevastase, good job.

Whoa there pal, I was giving you a compliment.  It does look slightly above parallel but who cares, you're down far enough.

And FWIW, squatting ATF is better for your knees and overall leg development than parallel or even a bit above parallel... ;)

he's more than deep enough for quad growth and strength, he goes far deeper than 95 perent of guys you see in gyms.

i will agree with that 100%.

but does that mean its better..

most guys i see dont really know what they are doing. lift to impress and/or dont really make an effort.
