I loooooove to train, so I am in the gym as much as I can be.

Right now, though, I am enjoying a bit of down time, so my training days are scattered and end up being whatever I feel like hitting when I go to the gym.

I'm gonna change up my routine for the off-season this year, but this is what I did for most of the last year:

Day 1 - chest or back
Day 2 - back or chest
Day 3 - legs - quads and glutes
Day 4 - arms
Day 5 - shoulders
Day 6 - legs - hams and calves

Abs are added usually every other day or so.
The day off always varies, as it depends on work schedules, meetings, etc.  We inevitably miss a day during the week.  If we miss two days during the week, I would combine the two leg days into one day, or skip arms.

Changing it up this year, though...not sure how it will look yet.

My legs are sore too!   Cry

Day4-Shoulders, calves

Conditioning days on the off day and 25-30 min of cardio on training days.

Cham, what do you mean by "conditioning days"?   A longer cardio session?

Hi Lori!

Yes, just cardio.  Treadmill, track-work, walking at the beach.  I'm trying to train a little bit harder these days.  You girls are inspiring me. Grin

Walking on the beach sounds very inspirational right about now.    Cool
