again i will tell you it doesnt matter how many calories you eat or what type as long as you dont eat after you lift for a good hour you will store all food as energy to be used for the workout and your latest or last meal will provide the energy for the very end of your workout, its best to eat what tastes good
so basically its all going to be used your body does not put on fat during the day because you are simply alert and that burns calories standing sitting or walking chilling with friends. you will be 100 percent burning/assimilating what you are eating. the only time you will have very little energy will be after your workout with no food because all the food has been used up and you are ready for bed. and you will crash out and go to sleep without any calories/energy lingering around in your system . late evening is optimal time to workout6-8pm
give it a try and see
try4-7000 calories, for me 7500 calories or so is my max of what i can eat there are times where i could pile in 9000 or so but its hard to do that day in day out. your workouts will be awesome with all this energy, i would reccomend full body workouts every day because food is evenly distributed throughout the body so it makes since to deplete the whole body when working out
