again i will tell you it doesnt matter how many calories you eat or what type as long as you dont eat after you lift for a good hour you will store all food as energy to be used for the workout and your latest or last meal will provide the energy for the very end of your workout, its best to eat what tastes good

so basically its all going to be used your body does not put on fat during the day because you are simply alert and that burns calories standing sitting or walking chilling with friends. you will be 100 percent burning/assimilating what you are eating. the only time you will have very little energy will be after your workout with no food because all the food has been used up and you are ready for bed. and you will crash out and go to sleep without any calories/energy lingering around in your system . late evening is optimal time to workout6-8pm

give it a try and see

try4-7000 calories, for me 7500 calories or so is my max of what i can eat there are times where i could pile in 9000 or so but its hard to do that day in day out. your workouts will be awesome with all this energy, i would reccomend full body workouts every day because food is evenly distributed throughout the body so it makes since to deplete the whole body when working out

if you feel like you do want something at night , just be careful and keep it light. because i kinda overdid it on eatin after my workout and it will put on fat/bloat ect because it isnt really being used. i would say dont do any more than 300 calories after your workout. any more calories than that your body will rev it self up again before bed and you dont really want energy before bed unless you are about to have sex or have an intense masterbation marathon 2-3x's

its funny i am the least insulting nicest person on this board but have the best physique around and hated on the most here, sure paints an interesting picture

i tell it like it is there are many on here i dont really care for and i will point out everyones flaws but i also point out the good in all.

if you guys are going to hate atleast photo shop some of my pics so ill have a better laugh, like morphing my body ect or adding gay shit to my photos, at least be funny

given his height i'd say it's the most impressive when he's up around 235-240 in good condition.

this is the best you ever looked, legs seem give the illusion of beeing even bigger when cut.
