Vick will not be in camp. The Falcons wanted to suspend Vick right away. They are waiting to drop the hammer on him pretty much. If the NFL's independent investigator confirms Vick violated the NFL's conduct policy they will suspend him for the season and then wait to see what happens with the legal process.

He will be suspended. The NFL already said Vick is responsible for anything that happens on his property. So ob he will be suspended.
