You know, folks, I don't like to put people down. Not good for business and some people will hate you forever afterwards. I just can't fathom why a guy with supposedly 19 inch arms would shed so much size and look like a novice in some obscure show. WTF is that? Sure, a loser hero like Goodrum does that but Arvilla? Doesn't make sense. We saw Adonis fade away to some urchin to be cut in Mr Getbig. I wish Arvilla would spare us the dramatics and not post those sad a-few-weeks-out images.

At least Goodrum has calves. Why 'bodybuilders' get up on stage with crap calves is beyond reason. Take up table tennis or something else.

Calves are primarily genetic IMO and if you ain't got em then they are exceedingly hard to build especially for natural bodybuilders.Not sure why you are so bothered about whether Mike competes or not,Vince? Does it affect your life in any way? Mike has a decent physique and certainly deserves to be up there on stage as his placings have proved.It is certainly a battle for natural bodybuilders to retain muscle mass while dieting(anyone got any tips on this) but if you are not ripped you will not place,simple as.Let's have a bit more positivity,Vince-life's always better when your glass is half full :)

Arvilla has very good shoulders. Goodrum has good calves and a better balance. Seems to me they are about even.

You almost need to compare Arvilla off-season against Vince in-season (he's still really fat and bloated). We've never seen Vince cut like we have Mike.

So if you compare Mike off-season with Vince in-season, Mike wins.

But if you compare Mike in-season with a dry/cut Vince...who knows who'll win...haven't seen that yet...

Not true Coach. You may recoup as fast as you did in your 20's but you can def. put on quality muscle, you've got to revamp your training & nutrition. Yes, it's harder but nowhere near as impossible as you think.
