Both are getbig legends.
Both have competed in bodybuildling shows.
Both are personal trainers.

Yet they are so different.

In your opinion,
1) Which man is the better bodybuilder, and
2) Which man is the better personal trainer?

No matter which one you say is better, the fact reamins they just aren't that far apart. It's funny because Arvilla thinks he's in another league from Goodrum or something, and the cold hard truth is he's not.

That's an important point... Vince isn't juiced to the gills, so it's not a fair comparison to begin with, yet Vince holds his own.

Equally juiced, Vince would blow him away. Vince has wider shoulders and better wheels. Arvilla looks lean, but has very little muscle and no legs.

Hate to break it to you, but Arvilla IS in another league, so far. He by far outmasses Vince, and he's shown that he can get into competition shape. Nothing against Vince, but he just hasn't reached his best yet.

Thing is, Vince lies about his past steroid use. The reason he claims that he used to take steroids is to give him some kind "internet cred." and a hollow explanation as to why his physique sucks so bad right now.
